Our Seminole Martial Arts school might just seem like a place to get fit and learn self-defense... but to us it’s so much more. When you train with us you’ll experience a place where you fit in, no matter what your background or fitness experience is.

#1 Sizzlin’ Self-Confidence

Something amazing happens when you start to move your body and incorporate physical fitness into your life...it creates an anchor. An anchor for more happiness, for a feeling of accomplishment, and a really big boost in confidence! You’ll have a network of passionate instructors and classmates ready to support you as you strive to bust through your martial arts and fitness goals.

As you progress through class you will realize how amazing and capable you can be. Realizing that makes you feel more confident and sure of your ability to handle whatever other challenges life throws your way.

Both kids and adults experience this and it’s one of the greatest things to see as a teacher. Wallflower students blossom into dynamic leaders in the classroom while adults tackle everyday tasks with gusto and a "can do" attitude.

#2 Better Focus

Martial Arts are so much fun! You’ll learn all sorts of new skills and techniques like striking drills, defensive moves, and even super-secret functional cardio drills. But...when you learn a new skill you have to concentrate hard on listening to the instructor, then performing what they taught you.

The neat thing is this intense concentration naturally pours into all other areas of your life as you develop laser like focus. It’s one of the most amazing side-effects of martial arts - many call it getting in the zone, unlocking your untapped potential, or peak performance.

Whatever you want to call it, one thing is for certain - you’ll learn how to focus your mind to perform tasks you once thought impossible.

#3 Let’s Get Physical

Our classes are a blast and based on functional fitness. We use positive reinforcement and high fives instead of military style yelling and endless hours on a treadmill.

This means that each of our classes is loaded with challenging, fun exercises designed to enhance your self-defense skills. Dynamic striking, high intensity intervals of cardio training, and movements that mimic how the human body should move are our focus.

Don’t worry if you feel as though you won’t be able to keep up. We work with all levels from total beginner to pro athlete. And you know what...they all sweat the same at the end of our workouts!

We think of a group of like minded students, struggling through tough training times together, celebrating successes together, and encouraging each other no matter what. We think of teamwork and truly belonging no matter what your background is.

Seminole Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): Experience the most complete fighting system that will get you in the best shape fast. Our program picks the best tactics, strategies, and workouts of kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to make you well-rounded in just about every kind of combat: hand to hand, grappling, and more. Our classes will make you shred calories fast as well, helping you become leaner and attain a great toned body.

You will master powerful kickboxing techniques and learn how to utilize knees and elbows from Muay Thai. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will teach you grappling and submission techniques plus you will build body strength fast and harness self-defense.

Our Seminole Kids Martial Arts After School Program is perfect for the concerned parent on the go! Since we pick your child up from school, they'll be in a safe and exciting learning environment full of high energy activities with a focus on their studies...right up until the time you pick them up.
